Here is a guide to great ocean diving.     Access to Sea Ranch is limited to public access areas, unless you are a guest (renters are allowed full access during the term of the rent).

Sea Ranch with its commons is in effect a nature preserve.  There are many hiking trails along the 10 mile coast,  through redwood forests and a river beach.  Also, there is a state park that runs from the ocean point inland to redwoods along the Gualala River.   Enjoy the many seaside, meadow and redwood trails.
